  • We are conveniently located in the Culture Collective building at 2200 NW 152nd St Suite E, Clive. Just come on in to suite E when you arrive. If the door is closed when you arrive, have a seat in the front waiting area and your provider will be out to greet you when they are ready.

  • Never! Our consultations are always free so you can feel confident that you are making the right choice and not feeling pressured into a service.

  • Of course, bestie! Refer anyone to us that completes a service and you will receive $25 off your next treatment or in office purchase. The best part- there’s no limit on how many friends you can refer.

  • Appointments must be canceled within 12 hours of your appointment time. If this does not happen you will be charged a $25 late fee.

  • If you arrive more than 10min late to your appointment, you will not be seen and will have to reschedule. The $25 late/cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

  • Sorry, once product leaves our studio it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • No, this is a small studio space and does not fit more than the provider and client. We want this to be about you and maximize your time with us without distractions. Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby. Children under the age of 12 cannot be left unattended in the waiting room. If you arrive with a child you will be asked to reschedule.

  • Please arrive on time. You will receive texts before your appointment that contain links to fill out intake forms, please have this completed before your appointment. Make sure you are scheduled for the treatment you want. People often confuse Botox and fillers. If you are unsure what you want to book we ask that you first schedule a consultation.

  • Botox starts to work around day 3 or 4, but won’t take full effect until 2 weeks. Because of this we will not do touch-ups until you have reached the 2 week mark. You could make things worse if you demand a touch-up before 2 weeks. Trust us!

  • Botox will start to take effect on day 3-4 and will show its end result at 2 weeks. We will not do a touch-up before 2 weeks because the Botox still needs time to fully activate . If you feel like you still have movement and would like a touch-up you need to contact us between week 2-3 from your appointment time. You cannot contact us a month to two months later and say the Botox isn’t working. Sorry, it’s like eating all your food at a restaurant and then telling the waiter you didn’t like it.
